In the name of god ame[n] the 16th daie of mate 1576 I James
Ferima[n] beinge of hole & pfectt remeberance praysed bee god do
doo co[n]stitut ordayne & macke this my pfectt testame[n]tt co[n]tayninge
herein my laste will in manr & forme followinge & firste I
bequeath & geve my soule into the hands of almightie god & my
bodie to bee buryed in the hisge churcge of St Mallewes in
