A page of the 1901 Liber Assedationis
The following is an image of the first page for Kirk Michael. Although the format is superficially very different from the early Libri Assedationis, the information contained is very similar. The treen name (here Ballacrynane and Ballister) is given together with the rents of its subdivisions into quarterlands. The marginal rents of the quarterlands (2/13/4, 2/13/4, 1/8/0) are double those given in the earliest (c1510) Liber Assed by virtue of the 1704 Act of Settlement. The tenants of the quarterlands are also given together with their share of the marginal rent.
